I've been watching the World Music show on Link TV since the start of the year. You've done a great job covering different music genres. But one great (if unusual) genre I have not seen is TUVAN THROAT SINGING. You should devote one future episode to the music of the Russian regions. You've already covered Armenia, Georgia, Kazakhstan, and Uzbekistan. How about some Svaneti or Adygean folk singing? There are many, many different ethnic regions in southern Russia. It would take two, maybe three full episodes of World Music to cover them all.
I'm surprised that you're already past the 100 mark--I have Dish Network, and I've only seen World Music episodes up to #92. How do I know this? Certain models of the Dish receivers, especially those with digital video recorders (DVR's), store the episode number (and original air date) in the program guide, so I can see the number when I press the INFO button on my remote. Can you give me any ideas as to when Episode #100 of World Music will be broadcast on LinkTV?
We're already past the 100 mark, and into our 110th block -- whew!
