In December 2005, a group of animators, educators, and producers - all lifelong environmentalists - attended a presentation by Al Gore that became the basis for "An Inconvenient Truth." They learned that if we do not begin to reverse the causes of climate change within ten years, 3650 days, the effects of global warming will become irreversible. Inspired by Gore's message, this group decided to do something; so they launched Project 3650.

Climate Cartoons calls people to action in the fight against global warming, using the power of animation - as a persuasive tool and as a social marketing device - to motivate people to make change.

Climate Cartoons are made by professionals, students, children and gifted amateurs and are distributed through high volume media distribution channels worldwide without charge or ownership issues.
