There aren't many investigative reporters in China. But those who take on the challenge are uncovering corruption, environmental destruction, human rights violations and exploitation. Of course, their stories aren't published in the state-censored newspapers or shown on government-controlled television channels - they appear on the Internet. The best investigative journalists in China are bloggers, testing the limits of Chinese press restrictions every day -  and often enough risking their own personal freedom.
