Coming live - the presidential nominees meet!

The ServiceNation Presidential Candidates Forum presents the first joint appearance of Senators John McCain and Barack Obama since becoming their respective parties’ nominees. The forum is designed to give each candidate a first-time opportunity to discuss, in-depth, their personal experience with service and their views on service and civic engagement in the post-September 11, post-Katrina world.

This news-making meeting will take place at Colombia University and will be moderated by Richard Stengel, Managing Editor, Time and Judy Woodruff, Senior Correspondent and Political Editor, PBS’s Newshour.
