
In 2000, director Eyal Halfon ran a classified ad for “people with a true story that just has to be made into a movie.” In response to the article, he received hundreds of personal and moving stories, both happy and sad. The best of these stories found their way into this Israeli docudrama, which attempts a link between documentary and feature film-making, between the personal and distant, and between dreams and reality.
